New Blog for Retro Gaming Fans

Retro gamers, I have a new retro blog just for you!

When I started writing about retro stuff here, some people got a bit upset at what they saw as a change of topic. I get it, while *I* see it as all part of “making”, many do not.

Then I started the retro programming series, and people really got grumpy.

So I have listened, over-thought about it, and launched a new retro gaming blog, retro YouTube channel, Facebook group, twitter, instagram and Facebook page! Maker Hacks will remain for all things making. There will still be cross-over topics, especially where repairs/electronics, programming, and 3D printing cases and enclosures etc come in.

To differentiate from the many other sites and YouTube channels out there, as the name suggests, I will focus mainly on topics of interest to people who enjoy creating retro stuff, but as you will see in the most recent articles, it should be fun for people who enjoy playing the games too.
